Life philosophy and experience inevitably are reflected in the art that the artist makes.  In this case, the philosophy of the artist is spoken.  I hope these snippets of wisdom from lifelong, well known artists inspires you in your own work and life. As Lera Aurbach writes in her book Excess of Being, “If you truly desire it–it’s already yours.  If it is on your wish list–it will remain there.”
